WAtched my first NFL game of the year last nigh( a CFL fan). Never saw so much spearing and so many blatnat head shots. Yet the whiners in the media up here who cry about hitting in hockey daily just love the hitting in football. Like why is one so bad and the other so good? I myself think hitting is the risk of the game. I dont' want it stopped in hockey, or football. In hockey at least you can avoid it by keeping your head up. All the pussies in the media should get off their soapboxes and let the players play. Hockey and football are games for men. YOu don't like it, go play with your dolls.
