And like how many is the kid going to get this season, 13, 14? Probably 4 or 5 of those against the Leafs too.

It's not life or death. It's not the end of the season. It just looks bad. Worse than before? Probably not. It couldn't get any worse for the Maple Leafs. Stale? Oh yeah, we're already there.

Granted the Brooons are a defensive juggernaut from the crease out, but that desire to bulldoze, create, get lucky, etc. has to be there on the Leafs part. That goes for the entire club. Problem is, if Kessel can't do it, who else can? After the ex-Brooon, the offensive flair fades pretty quickly as made evident through the first 9 games.

Anyway, Kessel, like several of his mates in particular situations, is snake bitten. Can't beat those Brooons which means the Leafs can't either. It looks bad, because it's all we've been looking at.

If it's confined, suppose then it's fine. If it widens, then the whole thing could go to shit.

Leafs vs. Brooons. It's almost comical.
