All hail Mikhail

No hat trick for the kid in tonight's classic 8-6 Leafs win over the Flamers, but hey he's turning it on. Finally! Grabovski is a special player. Its up to him to make good on his talents and be that 'special player' and not another euro-underachiever. I love watching him play. Can't wait for more. He's someone, actually one of a few on the Leafs' roster worth following. When's the last time we could say that?

Speaking of special. There is NO ONE in the game right now more classy than Martin Brodeur...
and very soon NO ONE will be better. 551 for Marty after tonight's win at Bonbontreal. Nice to see the Habs' lovers give props to a hometown boy. On the flip, sad to see that talented piece of crap, Patrick Roy fail to put his hands together in honour of the guy who finally pulled even with him. Then again, what else would expect of Roy? He was filthy on the ice, even filthier off of it.
Anyway, while Roy is running the Canadiens into the ground next season, Brodeur will be dead set on 600. Congrats Marty, you classy sonuva..

Brain drain

My head hurts something fierce.

Maybe its the 2 hours of sleep?

Its difficult to function when rest eludes you. I'm trying. Hopefully the fumes I'm running on won't evaporate before I get to air at 6:50.

Anyhow, is there a bigger idiot in sports than Sean Avery? That crap he pulled on Martin Brodeur (who's more of a Saint than Patrick btw) shouldn't be tolerated, by the league or the players. Too bad Lou got rid of Cam Janssen. That's one tough dude who'da made sure Avery paid the price for his B.S.

Watch it here..

Again, Sean Avery is a jerk. Hopefully the Rangers get bounced. I'd hate to see a disrespectful dope like that achieve any more success than he already has.

I still think the Sharks get by the Flames. If last night's disaster doesn't get them playing with urgency then nothing will.

The Bruins' win over the Habs was nice, but that'll do it for Claude Julien's boys.

Sens will grab two in capital then bow out in Steeltown, USA.

Caps in 6 over the Flyers.

Ducks done in 5 to the Stars. Shouldn't take long after that for Brian Burke to make his way to Toronto.

And how about those Blue Jays?? 3 straight sweeps, 2 of them the good kind. Time for the Jays to grab a pair in Baltimore, lock onto first place AND NEVER LET IT GO.

Glad BJ's back. I'd still use Accardo for the bulk of the closer's work, at least for next little while. Ryan's rolling once again, but he ain't no express... yet.

And God Bless golf. God Bless it for allowing a hacker like me to keep coming back.
